Just pointing out that it makes no sense Luffy calling out his moves because 'if fugitora can't see them coming then it's like cheating' since the navy admiral, like Luffy, can use OBSERVATION HAKI, end of story. Even Luffy trained on the island with a blindfold, doing battle with massive beasts while not being able to see a damn thing. Clearly Fugitora is able to observe and move through his environment with this skill, even if he can't actually see the outcome of a dice roll. It's too bad the writers couldn't come up with something better and more logical.
